Yes, sample orders are available. We recommend ordering samples before your first full production run. Sample costs are charged at regular price plus shipping. Sample cost is deductible from your first full order if you proceed within 90 days. Contact us for a sample quote.

Production lead time depends on the product and quantity. General guidelines: Small wood carvings: 7–14 working days | Large wood carvings: 14–21 days | Silver jewelry: 7–14 days | Textiles: 14–21 days. Custom or complex orders may take longer. We confirm the exact timeline when you confirm your order.

Yes, 100%. We work directly with artisan workshops in Bali's craft villages (Ubud, Mas, Celuk, Gianyar). No factory products. Each piece is handmade by skilled Balinese artisans using traditional techniques. We can arrange factory visits for buyers who want to verify this in person.

We use Albesia, Suar (Monkey Pod), and Mango wood — all legally sourced from certified suppliers with SVLK (timber legality verification) documentation. We do NOT use protected or endangered wood species. All wood products come with Phytosanitary certificates for export compliance.

All our silver jewelry is 925 Sterling Silver (92.5% pure silver). We can provide material testing certificates upon request. Some pieces use 999 fine silver for specific designs — this is noted in the product description. We do not sell silver-plated products.

Every order goes through quality inspection before packing. We photograph and video every batch. For large orders, we send inspection photos to the buyer for approval. We have a quality standards document that all artisan partners must meet. If any product doesn't meet standards, it's reworked or replaced before shipment.

We export to 20+ countries across Europe, North America, Australia, Middle East, and Asia. This includes: USA, UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and more. If your country is not listed, contact us — we can likely ship there too.

We offer: Air Freight (3–7 days, via Ngurah Rai Airport) for small/urgent orders — using DHL, FedEx, or Garuda Cargo. Sea Freight LCL (15–35 days) for medium volumes. Sea Freight FCL (15–35 days) for full containers. We recommend the most cost-effective option based on your volume and timeline.

Standard documents included with every shipment: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill. Available upon request: Certificate of Origin (COO/SKA), Phytosanitary Certificate (for wood products), CITES permit (if applicable), Material Safety Certificate (for silver).

We handle export customs clearance in Indonesia (via our licensed customs broker). Import customs clearance in your country is the buyer's responsibility — however, we provide all documentation needed to make this smooth. We can connect you with import agents in major countries if needed.

We commonly use FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost Insurance Freight). FOB means you arrange your own freight from Bali port. CIF means we include freight and insurance to your port. We also work with EXW and DAP depending on buyer preference. We'll recommend the best option for your situation.

We accept: Bank Transfer (T/T) — most common for B2B | Letter of Credit (L/C) — for large orders | Western Union / Wise — for smaller amounts | PayPal — for sample orders only (buyer pays fees). We do not accept cryptocurrency.

Standard terms: 50% deposit before production begins, 50% balance before shipment. For large orders or L/C: terms are negotiable. For established buyers with order history: we can discuss net payment terms. Samples must be paid in full before dispatch.

We invoice in US Dollars (USD) by default. We can also invoice in Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) if preferred. Exchange rates are based on the rate at time of invoicing.

Yes. We offer private label / OEM services. You can customize: hang tags and labels with your brand, packaging boxes with your logo, product motifs or designs exclusive to your brand. Minimum quantities apply for custom branding. Contact us to discuss.

Yes. Send us your design sketch, reference image, or CAD drawing. Our artisans will create a prototype sample for your approval before full production. Custom design fees may apply for complex designs. Production MOQ for custom designs is typically 10–20 pcs.

For most products, yes. Wood carvings can be produced in custom sizes. Jewelry can be sized to your specifications. Textiles can be cut to length. Tell us your requirements when you send your inquiry and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing.
